A self-respecting commissary must control the consumption of its points of sale, both direct (Bars, Retail, Souvenirs, etc.), and those of elaboration (Restaurants, Kitchens, Pensions, All Include, etc.), for this a tool is essential simple and powerful that brings them together in a single whole.
Class One, has worked since 1986 in its construction: from all the elaboration of the dishes (its components, preparation phases, etc.), cutting parts in the purchase, bidding techniques (selecting the best supplier, and the best articles), analyzing the consumption by sales in the different departments through the theoretical sales technique, being able to carry out an inventory to the date we want, or readjust it without preventing us from continuing to register delivery notes, accounting the consumption correctly to obtain our USALI
All these and many more business rules, which have been refined over the years, would not currently make sense without the application of the incorporation of the latest technologies in the sector (integration with other platforms, mobility, exploitation in Cloud mode. ..). The new version of our product, named WareHouse 4.0, is the fruit of this project.
